Charlotte Mae, one very special early Christmas Gift

My baby girl is not going to escape the camera. Here she is in her very first professional portrait session. She's a natural even if I do say so myself!

I loved folding her into these positions and seeing her little legs tuck under her teeny little bottom, her little fingers curl under her chin. I was so torn between being a proud mum and being a professional photographer while shooting her.

Part of me just wanted to watch her sleep,breathe and smile. The photographer in me knew it'd be hard to remember some of these tiny details and just how important it was to capture these images for myself and my family.
